Nze Maama Village
NZE MAAMA VILLAGE is our vision for a self-sustaining safe haven and comprehensive support system for the vulnerable and orphaned children in Uganda. By setting up the village we hope to provide a nurturing environment that restores hope, dignity and a sense of belonging, and provides education, life skills training, and access to basic needs, building a brighter future for the children under our care thus making really meaningful impact that will last for generations.
We hope to purchase at least 50 acres of land in a very affordable community where we shall setup this community.
The layout below reflects our plan for the 35-acre village, with shelters, MAAMA Academy (School), MAAMA Community Health Centre, Farm, Kitchen, Church & Prayer Centre, Social Centre, Playground, Hands-on Skills Training Facilities, Administrative Offices, Renewable Power Plant and more.
Budget
We shall update our budget in a phased manner, starting with Land acquisition and then others.
